Box breathing is a technique commonly used to relieve tension and stress. It is used by Navy Seals and Russian Special Forces in tense situations, as controlling how we breathe can help us gain control over how we react and respond. Box breathing thinking of our breathing in 4 parts - inhale, pause, exhale, pause - and balancing the length of these 4 parts.
